About the product
Do you handle both lawn and snow?
Yes — that's the point. Program rounds for fertilization and treatments in summer, Storm Events for snow dispatch in winter, all in the same system with the same customers and crews.
How long does it take to get going?
Days, not quarters. Setup is self-serve, with program and industry templates to start from. You can run one crew or one program in parallel and roll over the rest at season change.
Is there a platform fee on the payments I collect?
No. You connect your own Stripe account and pay only Stripe's standard rate. We never take a cut. If you'd rather pass the processing fee to the homeowner, there's a toggle for that.
Can I see the price before I talk to sales?
Yes. Tiers are published — $99, $229, and $399 a month. Start a 14-day free trial whenever you are ready. No sales call required.
Is a website included?
Yes. The built-in website builder is included on every plan. Publish a marketing site whose contact forms create leads in your CRM — no separate website subscription.
How do crews use it in the field?
Crews get their day on a phone: their stops, their route, and marking work complete on site.
Do you have two-way texting and AI quoting?
No — those aren't part of the product today. We'd rather be straight with you than overclaim. What's live today: storm dispatch, program rounds, auto-renewing contracts, the customer portal, and the website builder.

Is there a platform fee on the payments I collect?

Do I have to talk to sales to get a price?
No. The tiers are published right here. Start a free trial whenever you want — a demo is optional, and mainly useful for larger multi-crew shops.
Can I pay month-to-month?
Yes. Every plan is billed monthly — $99, $229, or $399 a month. There is no long-term software contract.
What's included in the free trial?

Which plan includes the website builder?
Every plan. The website builder and mail merge campaigns are included on Starter, Pro, and Scale alike.
How hard is it to switch from my current tool?
You can be live in days, not quarters. Start with one crew or one program, run it in parallel, and roll the rest over at season change with the Renewal and Season Planner.
What happens to my customer payment data?
It flows through your own Stripe account. We never hold your money. Disconnecting is yours to control.
Do prices include both lawn and snow features?
Programs & Rounds and Storm Events are included starting on the Pro plan — the same plan, both seasons. No separate snow add-on.
