Snow and ice dispatch board with crew routes

The problem

Most software treats a storm like a Tuesday.

Snow doesn’t wait for your schedule. But generic field-service tools treat every plow push as a one-off appointment — so when the storm hits, you’re rebuilding routes by hand, texting crews one at a time, and reconstructing what got done a week later when it’s time to bill. Meanwhile the lawn-treatment tools go shallow on snow, and the enterprise platforms want months of rollout before you see a screen.

You end up running two systems for two seasons — or skipping a season’s worth of revenue.

From first flake to paid invoice

How a storm runs here.

1

Storm hits

Create the storm event — type, season, start time, the trigger depth that set it off.

2

Dispatch

One pass generates a visit for every active snow job. Crews assigned on jobs carry over; the route planner sequences the rest.

3

Track

Crews mark pushes complete from their phones. The storm summary is a live board: total, completed, skipped.

4

Bill

Complete the storm and every push queues for billing — paid online, card or bank, through your portal.

Your team creates and dispatches the storm in one fast flow — we don’t claim the software watches the radar for you.

Why snow operators choose us

The depth of a specialist, the speed and price of an SMB tool.

  • Snow built in, not bolted on

Storm Events automate dispatch the way generic schedulers can’t — and the lawn-treatment tools don’t even try.

  • One system for both seasons

No running snow on one tool and fert on another. Same customers, same crews, same login.

  • No 3-crew minimum

Growing 1–2 crew operators who do shoulder-season snow are welcome here.

  • Transparent pricing

Published tiers, no mandatory sales call, live in days.

  • No platform fee

Keep the full invoice minus only Stripe’s standard rate.

Winter revenue that doesn't walk away

Multi-year snow contracts span calendar years and auto-renew with a built-in price uplift — a nightly process moves them to Renewing as term end approaches, prepares the proposal, and rolls the term forward once the opt-out window passes. Your winter book doesn’t depend on anyone remembering to re-sign it.

Route memorization matters double in snow: save the plow loop’s stop order once and apply it to every storm after — less windshield time when minutes matter. Trigger depth and actual depth live on each storm record for per-inch billing and disputes.

Questions

Snow removal FAQ

Does it automatically detect storms from the weather?

No — your team creates the storm event and dispatches it in one fast flow. What the software removes is everything after the decision: one pass generates a visit for every active snow job in the season, crews carry over from the jobs, and the summary tracks completion through the night.

Can I bill a storm the same day?

Yes. Completion is tracked as pushes finish, and closing the storm queues every completed visit for the nightly billing sweep — with online card or bank payment through your branded portal. A long storm night becomes same-week cash instead of a paperwork backlog.

Do I have to run separate software for lawn and snow?

No — that’s the whole point. Storm Events for winter and program rounds for summer live in the same system with the same customers and crews. One login, both seasons, no double data entry.

Is there a crew minimum?

No. Unlike some platforms in this space, there’s no three-crew minimum. Growing one- and two-crew operators who do shoulder-season snow are a perfect fit.

How do seasonal snow contracts work?

Multi-year contracts span calendar years — a "Snow 2026–27" agreement is normal here, not a workaround. Pricing models include per-visit, seasonal flat, and monthly flat, and contracts with auto-renew roll their term forward with the agreed annual price uplift applied automatically.

Is there a platform fee on payments?

No. Connect your own Stripe and pay only Stripe’s standard rate — we take no cut, and you can optionally pass the processing fee to the customer.

Be ready before the next storm — and billed before the snow melts.
